Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits, once received and work has started, are non-refundable.
• Any cancellation before work begins must be communicated in writing.
• Refunds or changes are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to the Company’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, government permits, third-party contractors).
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the contracted services.
